If you take the Pass Plus course after you have passed your driving test, you will not just be a safer and more skilful driver but may also be entitled to a discount from your insurance company.
The Pass Plus course has six modules each designed to last for one hour. There is no test at the end of the course, but your Pass Plus registered instructor needs to sign off that you have completed the course and that your driving has been at least of a satisfactory standard.
The six modules to be covered are:
- Town driving,
- All weather driving,
- Night driving,
- Rural roads,
- Dual Carriageways and
- Motorways.
Although you will have received instruction and gained experience in most of these situations during the course of your normal driving lessons, Pass Plus will help you to think more deeply about these situations and give you more experience in them.
